It sounds like you have
enough to manage.
One landing page for your Perth roof restoration business. Your work and an agreed enquiry route—without replacing your website.
Try the page for yourselfAUD 1,500 For the agreed page build
Care is a separate choice: AUD 200/month.
Read the scope before deciding.
You deal with me, John Betes. I’m in the Philippines, in Perth’s time zone.
A picture can look convincing.
Try the page.
You may be wondering what sits behind the design. Test the example’s next step. It’s an illustrative concept, not client work or proof of results.

It sounds like you want
answers before a quote.
The concept starts with a homeowner’s uncertainty, explains the service and lets them explore an inspection step.
Test the inspection stepThis is a demonstration, not a roofing service.
Trying it sends nothing and collects no details.
No guessing what you do. Put the service, coverage and first step together, so a homeowner doesn’t have to piece them together.
Work you can stand behind. The sample uses stock. Your page would use your approved project photos and only feedback you have permission to publish.
A decision they can make. Give someone who is ready a visible next step, connected to the contact method you agree.
You may be thinking:
where does this stop?
Another bill. More chasing. A small job that keeps growing. This is one service page, not an open-ended rebuild. We settle the scope and total payable amount in writing.
One scoped landing page
AUD 1,500 one time
- A dedicated page explaining your roof restoration service.
- Business details and project photos you approve.
- A main enquiry method chosen with you before the build.
- A private version to review, with feedback limits agreed in advance.
- Checks of the phone layout and contact route before launch.
Copy, photo preparation, feedback rounds, payment milestones and hosting are agreed before work starts. You see the total payable amount before deciding.
Your main site can stay put.
We check your current setup and agree where the new page belongs: a path, subdomain or separate host. Your existing site can then link to it.
Not part of this build
This price is not for ad management, ongoing SEO, a complete website rebuild, new branding, CRM setup or unlimited changes.
You keep a say
at each decision.
Handing someone a piece of your business can feel risky. Here is what you get to check before a page goes live.

Same time zone as Perth.
Check whether a page is needed.
Start with your existing website and the enquiry you want homeowners to make. If the page you have already explains the service and next step, another one may not help.
Agree it in writing.
You consider the deliverables, materials, enquiry route, feedback allowance, price and proposed schedule before approving the build. The agreement comes before the work.
See what you’re approving.
You review a private preview rather than relying on a description. We check your approved information, the phone layout and the contact route before launch.
There may still be
a reason to say no.
You shouldn’t need a sales conversation to find these limits.
Does this mean starting my website again?
No. Rebuilding a site you already have may be exactly what you want to avoid. The proposed page focuses on roof restoration and sits alongside that site. Your website and email remain as they are unless we separately agree a change.
Am I buying more leads?
No lead count or revenue result is promised. It would be misleading to make the page sound like a source of traffic: it helps explain the service to people who reach it. Your traffic, offer and handling of enquiries still affect the outcome.
I don’t have the content ready. Is that a problem?
It may feel like the page comes with homework. We first establish what service details, coverage information and permitted project photos are available. Who handles copy and photo preparation belongs in the written scope, not an assumption. You approve the business details and enquiry route. Keep passwords out of the first email.
What stays under my control?
Your domain stays under your control. Before work starts, we agree the page address, hosting responsibility and handover. The written scope sets out the source, content and asset rights—including the arrangements if you decline ongoing care. Nothing about those rights is left to a monthly-plan assumption.
Can I fit this around the business?
A deadline means little if the content, approvals and access aren’t understood. Once those are clear, I put a proposed schedule in the written scope for you to consider. There is no fixed delivery time promised here; you see the proposed timing before agreeing to the work.
Will I need to keep booking calls?
We begin by email, so the first step is sending your website—not finding a meeting slot. I’m based in the Philippines, in the same time zone as Perth. When a call would help, we can arrange it for a Perth morning.
Would you be against
a look at your current site?
What would have to become clearer for a homeowner to ask you for an inspection? Send your website and the next step you want them to take. I’ll reply with whether a focused page looks useful and what we would need to agree.
If it isn’t useful, you can leave it there. Sending your website does not start a build or commit you to paying for one.
Your email app opens a draft. You choose whether to send it.
